Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States — no minimum spend, no promo code required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or internationally.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at help@charworks.shop with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
